I spotted these guys at Barnes and Noble…..
They’re red!
What a lovely shade! I’ve got the perfect red Diamine ink and my Gold Sheaffer Agio would compliment this Moleskine so perfectly. Glorious!

I have these too. Love the color. I haven’t used them but I have them. Yes I do.
Are Moleskine’s your favorite? I think they are my fav although I’m quite partial to the Moleskine Volant right now. The paper is different–more sturdy.
Thank you so much for your comment and for visiting!

I have some Volants too but haven’t paid attention to notice if the paper was different. I need to check that out! What I love about Moleskins is that they come in all sizes, colors, cover-types. Something for everyone. They aren’t as fountain pen friendly as they “should” be, but I do love them. I use the “large” (5-1/4 x 8/14) hard cover for my journal.
My husband uses the exact same hard cover one you do! I prefer the soft covers myself, but there are times when I sure could use a hard surface to write on.
In most cases, I’ve never had a problem with my fountain pens, the issue has just been with crappy ink. For example, my Sheaffer Skrip Black Ink (made in Slovenia) has been awful on the Moleskine. But I’ve had no problem with my Diamine or Aurora inks.
